Hot Forgings or Cold Forgings can be manufactured from any workable alloy including carbon steels, stainless steel, copper alloys, and nickel base alloys. Custom metal forging parts include: rolled ring forgings, bars, blocks, rounds, shafts, square blocks, round bars, discs, crankshaft, gears, billet, step down shafts, open die and closed die.

Trident's Equipment includes hydraulic presses, mechanical presses, and hot die forging presses.
