The cost of custom engineered metal castings and metal stamping (i.e. metal casting, aluminum die casting, zinc die casting, investment castings, sand castings, precision castings, precision stamping, aluminum, steel & sheet metal stamping and other forms of casting and stamping) has dramatically been reduced through our tooling and production programs.

Stamping - Mechanical and hydraulic are the two types of stamping presses. Aluminum, Steel and Sheet Metal stamping machines cast, punch, cut and shape metal sheets. To create three-dimensional shapes, a flat sheet of metal is inserted into a die and then a mechanical press is activated to create the object.

Casting - Without question, Zinc or Aluminum die casting is the top-of-the-line method for manufacturing parts. The process can produce parts with perfect finish and astonishing detail, since pressurizing the liquid metal during die casting enables it to form exactly to the mold.

Trident Resources offers several facilities in the northern provinces of China that can reduce tooling costs by up to 90% and production costs by up to 75%.

We provide high-quality castings and stampings custom-manufactured in China. Our focus is on low to mid-volume castings and stampings. These volumes are generally not looked on favorably by most foundries but are considered our specialty.

Additionally, we provide metal stamping, both sheet and wire, with equal savings and quality. Screw machine components and springs round out the savings capabilities. Our intent is to supply high quality, on-time, to-print parts and components for clients that need to competitively price their completed products.
